Risdall Advertising Adds 68 New Accounts in 2004

Agency jumps to 6th in local PR rankings; is top Web developer in state

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - In 2004, Risdall Advertising Agency added 68 new accounts and more than $14 million in revenue to end the year at $121 million in annualized billings. In its annual rankings, the Twin Cities BusinessJournal ranked Risdall as the top Minnesota Web developer, as well as the agency's advertising and public relations groups as the sixth largest in the state.

  • Risdall client Twin Cities Originals, a group of independent, gourmet restaurants, has grown from 11 to 29 member restaurants due to an array of special events, business-building strategies and public relations buzz;

  • Risdall client Compex Technologies has seen public relations coverage in media reaching tens of millions of readers, viewers and prospects;

  • Risdall's fund raising division now has more than 20 clients for which millions were raised in 2004;

  • In 2004, Risdall had more than 50 brainstorming sessions - dubbed "Risdall Think Tanks" - that turbo-charged clients' businesses and generated dozens of creative ideas;

  • Risdall's arts and entertainment division now has more than 42 clients, adding the American Express Ivey Awards, Moxie Entertainment and six new restaurants.
To celebrate Risdall Advertising Agency's successful year, the agency hosted a Chinese New Year party on February 9 for more than 500 clients and friends.
