The agency will, however, undertake to collect and forward monies due the vendor under this order, with diligence and in good faith. NOTE: The supplier, by acceptance of this order, expressly agrees that all articles ordered, including machinery, artwork, written material, designs, photographs, engravings, printing positives and negatives, etc., without exception, shall belong to Risdall Advertising or its client as Risdall Advertising may determine, and that either may make use of such articles as either sees fit.
