The Road to Risdall:

Prior to rejoining Risdall Marketing Group in 2008, Jared worked for Mullen and where he led the integrated digital marketing efforts for Embarq and Wachovia. Prior to Mullen he worked at Keystone Symposia, a Bill and Melinda Gates-supported organization, where he created a social network for scientists that brought scientists from all over the world together in facilitating connections and expediting research.

Notable Achievements at Risdall:

  • Jared firmly believes in the power of connecting brands with consumers in new and innovative ways using the power of social media and integrated marketing. The P.B.Loco campaign is a prime example.

  • After initially creating and launching P.B.Loco's website in 2006, Jared's Integrated Marketing team created a social media map to identify the conversations surrounding the P.B.Loco brand to discover the online habits, motivations and influence of active participants. A brand-monitoring program was implemented to identify trends and track ROI for the engagement and reputation management program.

  • The engagement program included community building through Facebook, MySpace, YouTube, Flickr and Twitter, as well as blog, community and forum outreach. As a result, active engagement, brand mentions, and new customer acquisition significantly increased since the inception of the social media optimization campaign.

In the Spotlight:

Jared is much sought by the media for his integrated and social marketing expertise. Recent articles include "NASCAR drivers easily tracked with social networking" published in The Dallas Morning News, Fort Worth Star-Telegram, WFAA-TV web site and "Is Facebook the New Wal-Mart?" published in MSN Money.

On a Personal Note:

Jared has been a semi-professional cyclist for the past 15 years, competing locally and nationally.
